Healing After Toxic Relationships
Break free from toxic patterns, reclaim your voice, and walk boldly in God’s purpose
Service Description
I am now following my purpose. As someone who survived an abusive childhood and relationship trauma, I don't want anyone else to suffer. You were not created to remain trapped in shame, people-pleasing, survival mode, or painful relationship patterns. Healing After Toxic Relationships is a faith-based course for men and women who are ready to process the impact of adoption wounds, childhood abuse, relationship trauma, and toxic cycles. Created from lived experience and a deep desire to help others heal, this course offers a gentle, Scripture-centered path toward restoration and renewed purpose. Inside the course, you’ll receive: Scripture-based encouragement to strengthen your faith Guided reflections to help you process painful experiences Practical steps for establishing healthy boundaries Tools to help you stop shrinking, over-giving, and people-pleasing Encouragement to reclaim your voice and rebuild your identity Support for moving from survival mode toward healing, peace, and purpose We may not be able to change our family or relationship history, but with God’s guidance, we can choose a different spiritual legacy and begin creating healthier patterns for the future. You do not have to walk through this healing journey alone. “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3 This course gives you a safe and gentle place to begin healing, one faith-filled step at a time. This course is educational and faith-based in nature and is not a substitute for licensed mental health counseling, medical care, or crisis support. Before beginning a course or one-on-one coaching, you’ll start with a Fit Check Consultation. This faith-centered conversation gives us space to discuss your goals, experiences, and support needs so we can prayerfully identify the best next step for your healing journey. A consultation should usually be required so you can clarify expectations, discuss boundaries, and determine whether coaching is the appropriate type of support. Crisis or clinical needs: Clearly state that coaching and courses are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
